Quiz Night - 18th October

Thank you for the show of interest in this event, can you now please email Carolyn to confirm your attendance and the number in your team.

This will be an interactive Quiz and is fantastic fun... so please arrive at 7pm for a 7.30 start. This will give you time to register your team using your smartphone, tablet or iPad.

We will also have a raffle with great prizes and free games during the quiz where you can win 'fun' prizes and points for your team!

This is JUST £5 per person and ALL proceeds go to Myton Hospice.

Ryder Cup Anniversary Pro Am

On October 4-6th The Welcombe Golf Club had 3 teams playing in the Ryder Cup Anniversary Pro Am at Le Golf National in Paris, although we did not come home with the trophy a special mention must go to Neal Tugman and Rob Bernstein who both made it through to the par 3 shootout following their success in the nearest the pin competitions.

With the prize of a Motocaddy trolley and matching bag the pressure was on and with a crowd of 80 or so onlookers the 130 yard shot felt a lot longer I’m sure! Unfortunately, both balls found the water and there was no Motocaddy heading their way but it was a great effort to qualify in the first place.
